Who: For Policy Managers, Analysts, Advisers, Chief Legal Officers, Legal Advisers, Solicitors, and officials at all levels involved in the development of legislation

The morning session focuses on the development of legislation.  Speakers include the Hon Justice McGrath, Justice of the Supreme Court, Professor John Burrows QC, Law Commissioner, Ivan Kwok, Principal Adviser, The Treasury, Dr John Yeabsley, Senior  Fellow, NZIER, and Bill Moore and Fiona Leonard, Parliamentary Counsel Office

The afternoon session focuses on the Parliamentary process as it relates to legislation.  Speakers include Hon David Parker MP, Chair of the Government and Administration Committee, Mary Harris, Clerk of the House of Representatives and David Wilson, Clerk-Assistant (Select Committees)
